The idea candidate will possess prior experience as a Material Handler.  Responsibilities include driving the hi-lo, keeping machines full of required materials, cleaning hoppers and grinders, weighing, tagging and recording lot numbers of inserts and materials, filling stud trays, emptying trash, any other assigned tasks.  

Current pay range is $20 to $23.50/hour.  Those with prior experience may start above entry-level wage; however, we are also open to training the right candidate.

Starting Wage is $17.25 for 1st Shift and $18.50 for 2nd & 3rd Shifts.  Including shift premium, our most-experienced operators make up to $22.00/hour.

Essential Job Functions include:

  • Perform all work functions in adherence to safety, quality and production policies.
  • Operate automatic and semi-automatic injection-molding machines.
  • Verify product quality, contain and hold product if appropriate.
  • Package product per instructions.
  • Provide accurate and legible quantity, quality and time reports.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Adhere to Quality alerts as required.
  • Additional functions, not specifically outlined in this position description as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience.
  • Demonstrated eye-hand coordination.
  • Demonstrated mechanical ability in the use of tools.
  • Demonstrated basic math skills.
  • Automated equipment operation.
  • General computer experience.
